Healthcare Personnel/ Residential
Convenient Care Home Health have serviced individual with developmental and mental health disabilities since 2017. Services over five counties we pride ourselves on quality care, Team building, effective outcome completion. We take pride in our training and we make sure we are available to staff and individuals at all times. We offer many services and trainings for individuals who need behavioral health assistance. We work hand and hand with county boards to execute thorough plans to ensure health and safety. We offer 24/7 care to individuals and congregate settings. Additionally offer drop in supports to individuals who need limited care. Coming soon: we will offer back up remote supports to individuals in need of an additional hands on support in the event of an immediate need for assistance. NMT (Transportation)
CCHH provide NMT services currently in Cuyahoga County. Routes depend on location and distance. Our drivers are fully trained and we follow all state compliance policies. We make safety our top priority. We are currently looking to expand our counties and locations in the near future. Updates will go out as we have them. Adult Day Service
Convenient Care Day service is located in Garfield hts. We are a small setting designed to offer personal time and attention to assist individuals with reaching there outcomes and goals. We offer activities daily and go on community outings twice a week. We offer a light breakfast daily. Individuals should bring packed cold lunch daily.
